Party!

The Dolls had a party the other day.
I was only there for a little bit at the beginning, so there's only a glimpse of the entire ball in these photos.

They arrived at the ball in a carraige.

The unicorn is Diamond. The horse is Rose.

Cassandra chattered on the ENTIRE time about Kirsten.

Maybe the other dolls got bored of her speech. I don't know.

At the beginning of the ball, everything was formal and "socially" oriented. Very, very boring. Here, Samantha is talking to Elizabeth.

And Kit talking to Bree.

Then...the dancing!

Samantha was expressing a bit of doubt: "How can we ballroom dance without partners?" She asked me. I replied that she should dance with one of the girls, and she scoffed at me. "This is a BALL, not a HOUSEPARTY."

I honestly have no idea what they're doing here.

...and then The Piano Guys' "Rockelbel's Canon" turned on. I think they're doing leapfrog here.

After some brief dancing to celtic music...

And also some Disney Princess dances...

(Make that A LOT of Disney music dances...)

After all that, the Locomotion came on!

And there was some bodysurfing.

Quite a bit of bodysurfing.

A lot of bodysurfing.

Make that everyone-got-two-times-of-bodysurfing.

Then they took a break for punch and snacks.

Kit's idea was cashews. She really likes cashews.

Samantha and Kit chatted briefly over punch.

Cassandra and Bree had a fine time with their cashews. And punch.

There was punch, cashews, and apple slices.

Yum!

Anyone want to dance more?

Kit and Samantha started to get up, and then I had to leave. But they had a fun time, I'm sure.
